Austin Ranch DFW with use of the full grounds and lawns is able to accommodate up to a maximum of 3,000 guests. Our largest indoor space, Austin Ranch Roundup is able to accommodate up to a maximum of 500 guests.

At Austin Ranch DFW, we do not charge a venue rental fee for receptions or special events, but food and beverage minimums must be met. These minimums vary by event size, date(s), and location(s) selected.

With an on-site expert staff and an array of customizable menus and service styles, Austin Ranch DFW is the exclusive catering provider. Please note, no outside catering, food, or beverage is allowed.
